It's quite difficult to predict whether you would get an seat with 384 marks in NEET 2020 in general category as the cutoff is quite high for the college so you should had scored around 410 marks to stay on the safer side for securing an government seat in the college. As due to high competition and your category and the cutoff you could face problems in securing an seat.
