i think with 558 marks you might get AFMC. previous year cut off of afmc for female candidate was 551 marks out of 720. however we are not syre abut this year cut off because cut off are subject of change depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. there are only 28 seats for female candidates in afmc so competition is quite tough. 

to get admission in afmc you should fill application form given on their official website.

Admission in AFMC, Pune is done on the baisis of your NEET scores only. You need to fill an application form for admission in AFMC Pune to be Eligible for counselling. The candidates who qualify their set cut off from the applicants be called for a comprehensive test of English language and logical reasoning, and personal interview along with medical test. The cut off last year was 551 marks for both boys and girls in 2018. In 2017 the cut off was 570 marks for boys and 600 for girls.
