It's very difficult to say whether you can get into any medical government college as it varies every year depending upon various factors.

Since you have not mentioned your category assuming you belong to general category,

If you belong to Jharkhand domicile you can't get into mbbs program inn all India qouta and state qouta based on your score and previous year cutoffs.

The chances to get admission in 2020 is more less as the cutoffs are much higher than previous years.

However you can go for private and deemed universities for mbbs and bds programs with this score
