you do have chances of getting in bms course in Delhi University. Some colleges that you have chances of getting in are- keshav mahavidyalaya, deen dyal upadhyay college, aryabhatt college, etc.  you will probably get a better college if you will do a course that takes admission on merit basis as your 12th percentage is very good.
