Can i get into engineering college is my pcm in MH board is less than 50% but aggregate is 52%?

The eligibility criteria is different for different colleges. There are colleges which requires a certain percentage above the passing percentage, be in aggregate or in individual subjects. Also, there are colleges which just requires passing percentage; again, be it in aggregate on in individual subjects. You will have to check the college's website to determine your eligibility for the same. However, as long as you have a percentage of 33% and above in individual subjects, you have a fair chance of getting into engineering colleges. Hope this helps. All the best.
