See pattern as well total marks of JEE Advanced is not fixed. It changes every year.Hence its difficult to  say beforehand whether one would qualify or not on specific marks.

Here is a analysis that shows previous year cutoff trends , what percentage of total marks for JEE Advanced category wise and also cutoffs of different IITs :

.Now according to this last year paper 1 and paper 2 both were of total 198 marks. So 8.75% in each paper (17+17) total 34 marks was cutoff for ST Category.
