With an All India Rank of 6,34,169, getting a BHMS seat under the state quota is possible but difficult in most states, especially for General/OBC categories.
However, if you belong to a reserved category (SC/ST/EWS) and apply in states with lower cutoffs or less competition, you may have a chance in later rounds.
