Yes but you need to compromise on the seat you might not get CSE but I hope yes for ECE. 

My dear friend Congratulation for getting nice rank in TS EAMCET and I hope you get best Instituted that you may deserve. Yes, they ate some chances that you may get this college so my suggestion is you may Try at least one time but also add some other Instituted as your backup.
