DEAR STUDENT,

Not, Possible to get MBBS seat in 2024 with 370 mark.

You may should apply for BDS, BAMS, or Private MBBS.
For General category , the NEET cutoff for JAMC range between 510 to 570 mark .
370 mark is below the range, then you not getting admission
