see cutoff score for psu hiring fluctuate every year and it depends on certain facts like number of vacancy, students category, stream of engineering etc. however at this score you have very tough chances for psus , but I suggest you to apply since after shortlisted there would be several rounds like written test, gd , personal interview and so on. you may also apply for m.tech courses in iits and nits.
