Yes, You will get job after completing B-tech only if you have cleared Btech with all the concepts which you have studied in your 4 year engineering.

Now a days company's change their hireing process , they opt for the person who is

• self motivated
• cleared all his concepts 
• good command on their language
  
• ready for upgradation
  

If you have this qualities then you will get hired ,if not you will have to work on this things.
