Yes, it is possible to find the low fee private medical college in All India Quota (AIQ) in NEET. It will depend on your score and the Colleges available. With the lower score it will be difficult to find the low fees colleges as they would be limited. While filling the form you will need to focus  on the lower cutoff colleges as there will be higher chances to get admission.  You should consider applying through both AIQ ( All India Quota) as well as State Quota( State level counseling) for better  chances.

With an All-India Rank of 393,094 , securing a seat in a low-fee private MBBS college (especially “good” ones) may be difficult, but not impossible.

Private (management/quota) seats generally require NEET marks of 330-380 (All-India Rank approx. 200k-350k). Those under 400k often need to look at lesser-known , lower-fee institute

Some state-level deemed/private colleges (e.g., in Tripura, Jharkhand, Manipur) accept ranks approx. 300–500k, these cost 10-17 lakh/year , but seats are limited and often reserved for local domicile

Best option by State

Telangana (All-India seats):

• Colleges like Bhaskar Medical College, Moinabad , or Mediciti Institute Medchal opened seats for ranks approx. 375-455, with fees about 11.5-13 lakh/year

Kerala (AIQ seats; approx. 6-8 lakh/year):

• Examples: Pushpagiri, MES Malaparamba, Believers Church, Travancore, all had cut-offs around 385k-560k , and fee range 6-8 lakh/year

Small-State/Deemed Colleges :

• Tripura Medical College : approx. 10.5-14.5 lakh/year, AIQ cutoff around 325k-500k

• Shija Medical College, Manipur : approx. 10.5-17 lakh/year, AIQ cutoff approx. 250k+, more than 200 seats
