For 450 you'll get a general rank of about 18k.

Theres no chance of getting a good government college through the all India 15% quota.

Depending on your state you can manage to get into the lowest ranked government colleges if possible. You can get the best bds government colleges of your state.

You will get most of the private colleges if you can afford to.

Target at least 500 to secure admission into a decent goverenment medical college without any problem.
