Hope you are doing well. The private medical college and coducts admission based on government quota, management quota and NRI quota following the general, general ews, obc , sc, st category. In 2019, cutoff of various categories under AIQ quota is:-
General- 590
Obc - 580
Sc -500
St -480

According to your score you might not get seat under government quota so you might have to try under management quota as there are chances for you to get seat under management quota. Although cutoff changes every year.
