The competition for government medical colleges is very high, and seats are typically filled by candidates with much higher ranks, especially in the general and BC categories. Your rank is likely outside the range for most government medical colleges in Telangana.

However,You may have a better chance in private colleges under Category A.

You should try till MOP-UP round. there may be some possibility of a seat there.
