The cut off for admission in Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad  was a rank of 4,910 amd 583 marks for the General category under the State quota in 2017. The cut off for   Gandhi Medical College, Secunderabad was a rank of 4,576 and 585 marks for the general category under the State quota.

Considering this and your rank you seem to have less chances for admission here in the mop up rounds. Do try in the counselling and hope for the best!
