Dwar Manish, in 2018 under State Quota 417 marks secured a seat in NMDC and Dr. BabaSaheb Ambedkar Medical College. But this year the cut offs have gone way higher. .Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. But with a score of 464, it is difficult for a seat.

As you are from reserved category than your chances is more in government medical colleges rather than in general category
But their are some chances that you get admission in government colleges in 2nd or 3rd rounda
You can also go for private medical colleges.

Hello dear student, even though you belong to sc category still you cannot get MBBS government college seat with this less marks. I hope you understand the cut offs are really high and even to get seat under 85% state quota you need to have 508 marks . So it's difficult to get seat under all India quota with this marks.
