You can't leave a college and get an admission in 2nd year. If you want to do then you have to go through the complete process like appearing entrance exam accepted by the army institute of law and going through the selection process for admission and you will get admission in 1st year only.

The fee and admission process can be cleared from the college authorities. You can contact them for the details.
