Manisha in Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune NMAT marks are not accepted the only CAT, CMAT and MAH-CET scores are accepted. 

If with your 72 marks your CMAT percentile is above 50 percentile then you have a good chance to get admission. I am not 100% sure as there is no as such records available for last year CMAT cut-off but its MAH-CET cut-off has been fairly low so I expect CMAT cut off to be either at the same level or even lower than MAH-CET cut-off which generally happens with the other colleges.
