Even if you belong to ST category, with such a low score it's too difficult to get any seat and you are thinking of MBBS. I don't think you can get MBBS with such a low score. You can try for private colleges through Management Quota if they can provide a seat. But in government colleges for any branch you don't have much chance. So try in private colleges.
