Yes, you can get a management Quota seat for your Mtech Course.

There are various Private Universities out there providing admissions via management quota.

But if you consider my suggestion then please don't do Mtech from any such colleges that too using Management quota.

It is the Master's you are doing, please work hard for any Entrance so that you can get the concepts right before going to any college.
