You will not get any money back if you paid for allotted college as they have clearly mentioned that it is non-refundable. So if you want to choose another college then you can apply for your admission cancellation at college and get your documents back. Also there are some exceptional colleges who give back some money after little reduction. So better to ask the college authorities for the same.
