The are very low or no chances for you to get admission in NIFT Chennai for B.FTech. course according to previous years closing ranks, on the basis of your rank secured. However, you can get admission in this campus for other courses, which are, B.Des. in Accessory Design, Knitwear Design and Fashion Communication. Also, there are high chances for you to get NIFT Bhubaneswar campus for B.FTech. course.

That closing rank is mentioned for ALL INDIA RANKING CATEGORY not just OBC rank.

It is for your reference that all the OBC Candidates appeared in the exam you rank is 332 among all. But whenever you check cut off, refer it as the All India Rank criteria.
