Hello Aspirant,

For qualifying JEE-Main you must have passed your class-12th with at least 75% marks or should be in top 20 percentile of CBSE board and with this you must be pass in the Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. If you have compartment in any of these subjects than you are not eligible for JEE-Main exam and hence there is no any relation to JOSAA.
