DC Pandey book is one of the most sought after books for JEE Mains Aspirants. It is publication rights are with Arihant and it does not publish the book as PDF version. So, officially there is no PDF available. Yet I would suggest you search for the Quora Blog "The Monk with the JEE Scar". During my JEE days, it had all the famous books as pdf available for the students and I expect that they are still there.
