The answer to your question is unfortunately "no". There are only two ways to apply to get a seat in PSG, Coimbatore:
1. Applying to Anna University counselling through TNEA marks. Based on the PCM cutoff of your 12th TN Board exams, you can select the required course in PSG if eligible.
2. Through management quota, about which I have no information.
