With 250 marks, your All India Rank will be around 4 to 5 lakhs approximately. Though you are from the OBC category, you still have very low chances of getting a seat in any government BDS college with this rank. You need to have your rank around 20000 to get a good government BDS college. You should apply for state counseling. You can try in some private colleges though, but they demand a huge amount of money. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
