If you are under home state quota then you will definitely get NIT Jamshedpur (Production engineering)  otherwise it is very difficult.I am saying this on the basis of previous year opening and closing ranks given in the josaa website.

The cutoff for core branches will not change much but for the branches like this you can expect change in the cutoff but six thousand is a great ask from you and we should hope for the best to get into the college you desired.

As you have mentioned that your  jee mains rank is 46726  and upto round 3 the closing rank is 40875 in NIT jamshedpur .
You need not to worry if you will be lucky you can get NIT jamshedpur in the next rounds or in the mop up round...
If the seats would be empty after filling all the ranks then, i hope you would get a seat.
