Honestly speaking with your rank and category you can get other branches at all the above mentioned college, but not CSE,
Although if you go to special round counseling the you might get CSE at NIT Agarthala or NIT Sikkim.
But definitely not at pec at any cost.
You might get other branches like mechanical electrical etc.
