Greetings
Of course your score is good enough to earn you a seat in
a private medical college. Scoring above 400 gives you a
fair chance at a government medical college seat. Scoring
above 500 is almost a sure shot chance at getting a seat in a
government medical college
Different private colleges select candidates differently. You
may choose accordingly
I hope this piece of information proves to be useful to you
Please feel free to refer back anytime in case you have any
further queries
Wish you all the best in all your future endeavours
Good luck

It depends on the cutoff firstly
Yes there are chances that you may get MBBS private college in states other than your residence.
You have to fill the counseling forms once they get available after the results would be declared.
Good luck

Depends upon a lot of factors viz. number of students who scored highest marks, difficulty level of the question paper, and number of students who appeared for the exam. Nothing can be said with surety till the NEET 2018 result is declared. Hope for the best. ️
