Good evening,

Since you do not belong to NCL in OBC catgory, then as per JEE guidelines, you are not eligible to get reservation for any seat. You'll be treated as a general category applicant throughout JOSAA counselling process. The OBC-NCL certificate is issued under central government guidelines and since you do not fulfill that guidelines, you are the eligible for the mentioned OBC-NCL reservation.
