Chances extremely low under All Jndia Rank as cutoff is within 30000 ranks.

Had yiur all india category rank been 11000 you would have great chances.

Category wise if you are OBC you can get following :

Civil engineering
Chemical engineering
Metallurgy engineering
Mining engineering.
