If we go through 2019 last phase cut-offs for CSE in CVSR College of Engineering, the closing rank was 9703 and 9907 for OC Male and Female Candidates respectively, however if you belong to reserved category you may have chances, this is purely based on previous year data, cutoffs vary every year based on multiple factors such as seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.
