Maybe yes. But can't assure you because in many states like Maharashtra, Delhi etc the cutoffs have increased by almost 30-35 marks. But yes as per the last year's analysis many government MBBS colleges had cutoff less than 410 marks. Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences, Madikeri had cutoff 368 marks last year so I guess you stand a great chance in this colleges even if the cutoffs rise this year. There are some other options too like Karwar Institute of Medical Sciences, Karwar last year cutoff 369 marks;  Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences, Raichur Last year cutoff 380 marks, etc.
