Hello. Since you haven't mentioned your category so assuming you in general category your probable rank is 5,406 - 6,406. It is a very good rank but remember that this is only a predicted rank and it may change after the April session of JEE Mains.

However with your current rank and analysing previous years cutoff trends you may get ECE branch into IIIT Hyderabad (not in the 1st round). Check the link below to know the previous years cutoff for IIIT Hyderabad.

But you can surely get into most of the IIITs with any choice of branch. Some of them are: IIIT Kota, IIIT Sonepat, IIIT Vadodara, IIIT Srirangam and many more.

Your rank may be around 6k it is not final your rank may differ after  April month exam.In previous years IIIT HYDERABAD cutoff mark for CSE was 250 and for ECE around 205.so you have a chance to get IIIT Hyderabad but you have to wait for final cutoff.
