I think you may apply for it. Yes, I know that your mark and score are good  but give a try doing  best what can and show the world you are much capable, that feeling is felt really good and the percentile of NATA result or giving NATA also help in these places like if you may  select but have pretty good score then the company also see interest in you. So give try.
