This totally depends mainly upon your caste. But you don't specify your cast.If you are from other castes and if you have reservation, then you will definitely get the branch you desired about.In a general,you will not get a seat in CS.But may be chances to get seat in ECE branch.According to your rank you will get branches like petrochemical engineering etc.you are on reserve category then you quite get your desired branch.This is notice that every exam, top students are of good ranks.So if all of them opt for NITs and IITs, seats in EAMCET-related colleges will be free, and you will definitely get your seat in JNTUK.It is possible to get seat in JNTUK.But the only thing is, it all depends on the opening and closing ranks of the corresponding branches over the merit.

I see cutoff on above link.Looking at the merits of the past years, I don't think you get a seat in general category of your desired choice.But don't worry yyou get a chance in many colleges.

So, with regard of you're query. Yes, you'll get a seat in JNTUK  ECE branch with rank of 2000 in AP EAMCET. But to get a seat in CSE branch you're rank should be below 1000. then you'll get the seat in the college of  (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University).
