As per previous years cutoff chances are very less.

Chances are extremely low for any nITs or IIITs or GFTIs under state rank.

However you can get following colleges if cutoffs dip by hige margin ;

Nit Sikkim
NIT Meghalaya
NIT Mizoram
NIT Manipur
Assam University.
IIIT Bhagalpur.
