60 marks I don't think you will be eligible to get admission to any NIT, because to get an admission from OBC category to any NIT you must get in ring around 30000 for a good course so for that I must tell you that you should get a score of around 150 or more than that to get some NIT

For getting into NIT's, the qualified cut-off in 2018 was just 49.but it seems that they are expecting 80 in 2019 for your category.You said 60 marks, but better you should get some high marks to enter into NIT's.all the best and refer below link for the jee main exam's details and cutoff's.
