It depends you may know that and I also think that your rank is not so bad. So no need to worry at this rank you may apply for some good and decent Institute and also seek out for some government Institute. you also mention that you belong to it also helps to get the best college. So make list and write all Institute in Ap which you may think best and suit your term and condition. So you may apply for it.
