If you have scored 12192 rank in  your Clat 2019, you have a very high chance to get into UPES, Dehradun, since private colleges do accept students with Clat Ranks from 10,000 to 25,000.

However, knowiing that the cut offs this year would be higher than last year's make sure you do have your other options open.
