Hello Ashish
You have not mentioned about your Category and domicile, so I'm considering the case of general home state candidate.
Even after possessing a domicile, it is almost impossible to get admission in CSE branch at SGSITS as the cut off for CSE is closed at 20k.

but it seems to be possible as you can see the previous year cuttof list

For an unreserved or general candidate, 97 marks in Mains in 2018 would fetch a rank approx 62k - 63k.
And the cut off for SGSITS CSE closes at max at 25k.
So as far as this scenario is considered, it is not quite possible to get CSE at SGSITS with a rank above 60k.
I am not considering the case of any reserved candidate, I am only telling about the unreserved candidates.
The CRL for JEE Mains 2019 has not been released yet. Results can vary a bit while comparing it with the Rank vs Marks list of 2018.
