The thing is you prepare your own time table because you know that inwhich chapter your laging so better to prepare chapter wise time table based on your difficulty level topics and another thing my suggestion is please make sure write all the formulas in the sheet and paste it on the wall so that it will helps to remember forever , please slove the previous year question papers and sample papers and take as many as possible of mock tests

It totally depends on your daily routine.You can yourself prepare that.Like if you are weak in any topic then give some time to that topics.Try to practice a lot of practice papers if you want to score high marks in jee mains and evaluate them yourself so as to analyse the weak and strong area.You should now revise important concepts and formulas and try to implement in questions.
