Can i get time to prepare UPSC Civil services while doing Mtech? Please suggest Colleges where sufficient time can be given for preparations. (Branch Electrical engg)

If you are a Civil Service aspirant, then I am going to tell you that there is not any college that will spare you with sufficient time for the UPSC preparation. We all have 24 hours in a day. You have to make a good quality of time for yourself, while doing M.tech in Electrical Engineering.
