Hey Sonu! Honestly, with a rank of 17,840 in SC category, chances of getting a government veterinary college seat are quite low because seats are very limited and the cutoff usually closes much earlier. For top colleges like Hisar or IVRI, the cutoff for SC is still tighter than your rank.

That being said, don’t lose hope. You should definitely participate in both AIQ and state counselling till the mop-up round, because sometimes seats open up in later rounds. For private veterinary colleges, your chances are much better compared to government ones.

My advice would be: keep trying through counselling, but also stay open to private options so that you don’t miss out this year.
