Dear Roshan, sorry to disappoint you but you can't get WBJEE centre in Ranchi. In the previous year of WBJEE , 46 districts in West Bengal and 2 districts outside the state conducted the examination.
Selection of zones or cities has to be done depending on the state that the candidate belongs to. Those candidates who reside in West Bengal, Assam and Tripura are free to select any three zones from the list of cities declared by the authorities. However, candidates from other states will have to select their three exam zones in the order of preference from the following:

• Kolkata
• Howrah
• North 24 Parganas
• South 24 Parganas
