For JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCED, you will not be eligible for the course because as per the eligibility, a candidate must have to study Mathematics in class 10+2 level as a compulsory subject. So as you have additional as a Mathematics then it won't be possible to get in the course through JEE MAINS and Advanced.
Now you can apply for the state level engineering entrances or the private engineering entrances in order to get a seat there for BTech provided you should check the eligibility and assure that its not required to have compulsory subject mathematics.
