Hello,
Off course you have to provide a certificate that is in accordance with the Delhi university norms. If you have a character certificate that is more than 6 months you cannot submit that.You can contact the last institution that you have attended before you took a gap (school/ college).Sign of any gazetted officer in your area is accepted on the character certificate. These officers include doctors, police officer, collector, principal of the school etc.You can get a certificate signed for yourself from any of them as soon as possible.I hope this helps.
