Can I give degree exams after getting convocation certificate to improve graduation marks?

No, any institute can not allow you to write your graduation exam again if you have already received your degree. A degree is an authentic certificate which explains that you have already completed your course and the your term at the institute is over. Now you are no longer a student of the institute.
