Yes, but only if you want to join the army wing. The Eligibility criteria for NDA states that the candidate must have passed class 12th with science stream from a recognised Board of education in order to join Army wing.
If they want to join Navy or Airforce wing, they need to have passed class 12th with PCM Subject ombinations from a recognised Board of education.
